New stuff

So, a lot is happening in our studio right now. The picture are from a shoot we did with awesome photographer Eva Hildén for Mer Smak - vegetarian Christmas food, so yummy! It was the first time we got to use our beautiful tables from Hippo and the Bird in a shoot - no need for any table cloths there… They are utterly gorgeous. Besides magazine shoots I (Eleonora) am also doing recipe movies for KIT Mat here. And we hosted a big party, doing catering, service and the works. The 70 year old birthday girl seemed very pleased with our lovely place and the kind of personal experience we can offer in the Kitchen Studio. And as of today I’m starting on a new book, so busy times ahead…

Party time!

We had a fun shoot at the studio a while back doing a really quick and tasty weekend menu for Icakuriren. Björn Tesch behind the camera, Everyone fell in love with the chocolate mousse tart and the meat – please feed us more! It was the kind of meat that really makes it difficult not to eat so much meat. Environment-challenging-good. We were also happy to get the opportunity to use our new table from Hippo and the Bird as background. Nothing else needed, really. Flexitarianens kokbok

Did you catch a glimpse of Flexitarianens kokbok? Published in 2015 it featured the word “flexitarian”, until then quite unknown to the swedes. Eating green but being allowed exceptions is the way to make an important change last a lifetime, if you ask me. The book sold out in one year and unfortunatly it is not available in Sweden at the moment. Flexitarianens kokbok is also published in Norway and Denmark. Photographs by Linda Prieditis
