Did you catch a glimpse of Flexitarianens kokbok? Published in 2015 it featured the word “flexitarian”, until then quite unknown to the swedes. Eating green but being allowed exceptions is the way to make an important change last a lifetime, if you ask me. The book sold out in one year and unfortunatly it is not available in Sweden at the moment. Flexitarianens kokbok is also published in Norway and Denmark. Photographs by Linda Prieditis.
